Land, regeneration and property developer, Tynexe Commercial Ltd, is looking for entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders from all industries to pull together, collaborate and help investment in the North East come back bigger, better and stronger despite the public health crisis having an effect on companies across most sectors.
Having temporarily paused work at AirView Park, its new, soon-to-be-launched business park next to Newcastle International Airport, Tynexe Ltd is confident that businesses will look to get the local economy moving extremely quickly and encourage significant growth once the outbreak has passed.
AirView Park had already attracted anchor tenant, Bellway plc, which up until covid19, was close to completing its new, multi-million pound headquarters building. Management of Tynexe Commercial Ltd are remaining fully positive about the site, especially as the proposed buildings, yet to be constructed, could also be adapted to different requirements, suiting alternative ways of working or including new features deemed necessary over recent weeks.
